Some extensions of the monotonie signal estimation method

Abstract

An estimation method of monotonie signals was proposed lately. This method is quite effective when a priori knowledge of monotonicity of the estimated signals can be used. However, the estimation method was presented only for the case where an estimated signal is scalar and the measured signal is supposed to be generated by an FIR model. This paper extends the estimation method to the cases of multiple signals and NR models. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the extended method.
