N2 - Wireless communication systems such as the cellular system are necessary for daily life. However, when a base station is severely damaged by a disaster or in other emergency situations, the combination system cannot operate. Until the system is restored, mobile base stations that are cars, ships, and drones are utilized instead of the fixed base station [1]. For the mobile base stations, low-power consumption and efficient data transmission scheme are required because they are moved by limited energy. In this paper, ad-hoc networks is adopted when mobile base stations are used.
